Cancellation Policy
Transparent Logistics and Scheduling Commitment
1. Pickup Cancellation
We value the time of our logistics team and our users. You may cancel a scheduled pickup under the following conditions:
- Advance Cancellation: You can cancel your pickup request at no cost up to 2 hours before the scheduled time slot.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within less than 2 hours of the pickup time may result in a rescheduling delay or restricted access to peak time slots in the future.
2. How to Cancel
To ensure your request is processed immediately, please use one of the following digital channels:
- Mobile App/Website: Navigate to "My Bookings" and select the "Cancel Request" option.
- WhatsApp/Helpline: Send a cancellation message including your booking ID to our official support line.
3. Rescheduling
Instead of cancelling, you may choose to reschedule your pickup to a more convenient time. Rescheduling is free of charge if requested at least 1 hour prior to the original appointment.
4. Non-Availability at Pickup
If our logistics team reaches the designated location and the user is unavailable or the scrap is not ready for collection as described, the request will be marked as "Failed Pickup". Repeated failed pickups may lead to a temporary suspension of doorstep services.
5. Corporate & Bulk Orders
For bulk industrial or corporate e-waste pickups, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling due to the specialized equipment and manpower involved.
